A little bit about Jack

Jack is an experienced and dedicated Exercise Physiologist with a strong background across a variety of clinical fields. Prior to joining SSEP, Jack worked with Longevity Exercise Physiology, gaining valuable experience and refining his client-centered approach. He is now excited to be part of both the SSEP and Zone 34 teams, where he continues to help individuals achieve lasting health outcomes through tailored exercise programs.

With a lifelong passion for sport and physical activity, Jack grew up playing multiple sports and discovered a deep appreciation for the gym — not just for physical fitness, but also for its positive impact on mental wellbeing. This personal connection to exercise inspired him to pursue a career in Exercise Physiology, where he now empowers others to harness the long-term benefits of movement and lifestyle change.
