People of similar abilities and stages of recovery will be given drills to work on :

  • acceleration and deceleration
  • double and single leg landing
  • change in direction
  • reactionary movements
  • plyometrics
  • contact situations
  • sport specific tasks.

By attending these sessions you will be exposed to most of the movement demands and game situations for your sport.  Not only will you come back fitter and stronger, but most importantly feeling ready to perform with confidence.
