All sessions are closely supervised and individually prescribed to ensure safety and effectiveness.

Claims & Referrals

The ONERO® program may be claimed through private health insurance, depending on individual cover. Sessions may also be accessed with a GP referral under an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan.

Is ONERO® right for me?

ONERO® is designed for people with low bone density or osteoporosis who have been cleared for exercise. An initial assessment is required to ensure the program is appropriate and safe.

Do I need a GP referral?

A referral is not required to participate, however a GP referral is necessary if accessing EPC funding.

How long before I see results?

Bone health improvements occur gradually. Most participants commit to the program for at least 6–12 months, with improvements in strength, balance, and confidence often occurring earlier.
