A little bit about Jade

Jade graduated from the University of Technology Sydney with a Masters of Physiotherapy and a Bachelors of Sport and Exercise Science (Exercise Therapy).

Throughout her studies, Jade built a strong foundation in high-performance sport, working as a Strength and Conditioning Coach across Rugby Union, Netball, and the UTS Elite Athlete Program. She has held key leadership roles, including leading the Women’s Performance Program at Gordon Rugby and working with UTS Sparks Netball, supporting athletes to optimise performance, return to play, and long-term development.

With a passion for women’s health and athletic performance, Jade bridges the gap between rehabilitation and elite sport. Her background as a competitive dancer sparked her love for movement and later becoming a pilates instructor, shaping her belief that no two bodies move the same and no two rehab journeys should be treated the same.

Her approach is built on thorough assessment, precise movement analysis, and evidence-based progression. She enjoys treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions across all populations, helping individuals return to daily life and sport with confidence, strength, and long-term durability.
