Access to The Zone


The Zone Gym Membership is available following an assessment with one of our physiotherapists or Exercise Physiologist.

An individualised rehabilitation or Strength & Conditioning program, to be performed using the Zone Gym equipment.


Membership also includes use of our Recovery Boots and Game ready for injury management and recovery.  Elite athletes are doing the 1%ers, and so should you.


Members are required to book a session time in advance via reception.  This ensures we remain compliant with social distancing by limiting the number of people in the gym, and also allows improves acccess to the equipment.

Check out our small group sessions run by our Rehabilitation Physiotherapist.

These sessions allow for supervised rehabilitation where you follow an individualised programm along with combining key themes for each 50 minute session.

Our rehab group sessoins are ideal for individuals who are not as familiar with gym equipment or strength programs, and who would benefit from developing confidence and form under our watchful eye.

Each session is strictly limited to 3 participants, ensuring a 3:1 ratio and quality coaching.
